An emphasis on the latest peak, their last 365 days bringing the customer back into Intuit's microscope.

Sara Katz will cover how to notice when Customer Focus might be blurring between the lines. What collaboration techniques are used to highlight areas for improvement, innovate on ways to solve them, experiment in the field with live customers, and create roadmaps for actionable deployment in a rapid iteration program.  

Example: Innovation Catalysts (come from every discipline -product, legal, support, etc) — after meeting and working together on actionable next steps, they go back to their respective departments and innovate from within, spreading the new tactics and techniques, all while measuring the effects it has across the company.
