About this event

At the next San Diego Pulse Local, we'll discuss Outcome-Based Customer Success (CS) and the opportunities an outcome approach creates for CS professionals. We will be joined by Paul Henderson, the founder of Outcome Leaders. Prior to Outcome Leaders, Paul ran the Asia Pacific region for an enterprise software company where he designed and successfully ran an outcome program. Paul will discuss why SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, Mulesoft, ServiceNow and many more have adopted an outcome approach. He'll provide insight on why an Outcome-Based program is important, how to run a cohesive program and the leadership role he believes CS must take in the process.
