About this event

Do you ever wish there was certification for Customer Success similar to what is available for CCXP or PMP? Do you have some suggestions for what should be included? If so, this next session is for you!

The PulseLocal Seattle Chapter has taken the initiative to lead discussions on Certification for Customer Success Leadership. 

This will be a working session for: 

  • Seasoned CS professionals (2+ years) looking to take their first step into leading/managing a team. 
  • Current CS leaders/executives looking to make that next move or grow their knowledge of best practices.

The format for this PulseLocal will be very interactive and attendees will have exclusive benefits when the official Certification is launched by Pulse.
